The ACT NZ1-XTG6 kit pairs ACT's Xtreme pressure plate with a 6-pad, spring-centered race disc. It's built for high-horsepower VQ35DE street and race cars where a stock or Heavy Duty clutch can't hold the torque. The kit is rated at 669 ft-lbs at the crank, roughly 83% more holding capacity than the factory clutch.
The Xtreme pressure plate uses ACT's proprietary diaphragm design for higher clamp load and less deflection. Each diaphragm goes through a four-stage heat treatment, and every unit is clamp-load tested before it ships. The sprung 6-pad ceramic race disc damps torsional vibration through its spring center while giving the fast, positive engagement of a puck-style disc.

Install notes
- ACT discs are not compatible with the factory pressure plate. Install the disc and pressure plate together.
- Break in the race disc with a few firm engagements and avoid overheating it, which can glaze or hot-spot the friction surfaces.
- Pedal effort with an Xtreme pressure plate typically rises 50–80% over stock.

Any custom order items will only have 7 days from the date of purchase/payment to request a cancellation/refund. Beyond that time frame you will be issued a refund up to 30 days from purchase minus a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued in the same form as your payment was made/ If you purchase via PayPal your refund will be via PayPal etc. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of an item as far as shipping/freights go. All items must be return in NEW unused condition. Any damage to the item with be due a 20% minimum restocking fee. Exchanges for product defect or warranty will not incur any restocking charges and shipping charges will be credited as well.
