How quickly do orders ship?

Small, single-product orders are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Even when an item is on the shelf, some products are assembled or anodized to your selection before they go out, which is why the window is 24 to 48 hours rather than same-day.

International orders dispatch in 24 to 72 hours depending on the shipping method you choose, because DHL collections have to be scheduled.

How long does domestic shipping take?

UPS Ground transit runs between 1 and 6 days depending on where you are. Florida and the Southeast can be next-day; the West Coast and Pacific Northwest are typically 5 to 6 days.

Those are transit times only — add the dispatch time above to get your total.

Next Day Air and 2-Day Air are available, but only by request before you order, so we can confirm whether your item is on the shelf or needs to be assembled and anodized first.

How long does international shipping take?

DHL is always the fastest option, with transit of 2 to 3 days worldwide.

UPS runs 3 to 5 days to North America, including Canada and Mexico, and 5 to 7 days to most other countries.

Again, these are transit times only. Add dispatch time on top.

What about customs, duties and delays?

Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

The most common cause of a stuck international shipment is customs contacting the recipient and not hearing back quickly. If they reach out to you, respond promptly — that single step prevents most delays.

If customs charges go unpaid or a shipment is refused, DHL and UPS bill us to return it, and that return charge is almost always higher than the original outbound shipping. Any returned international shipment will have those costs deducted from your refund.

I need a part quickly. What should I do?

Contact us before placing the order. We can confirm whether the item is ready to ship and tell you whether it can be expedited. Phone or text is fastest — details are on our contact page.

What is your return policy?

Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email or call us first to request return instructions. Once your return arrives, a refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days.

Can I cancel a custom or made-to-order item?

Custom order items have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation or refund. After that window, a refund can be issued up to 30 days from purchase, minus a 20% restocking and cancellation fee.
