Billet throttle body flanges and adapters for fitting Bosch drive-by-wire and cable throttle bodies to aftermarket and custom intake manifolds. Machined in house from US sourced 6061-T6 for the Bosch 68mm, 74mm and 82mm electronic throttle bodies, with bolt-on adapters for Greddy V2, Hypertune 78mm and 88mm, GATO 90mm, ISR, Deep Motor and Zerofab, RAW Brokerage, RIPS, Ford 90mm and Skunk2 EVO flanges, plus weld-on flanges, hose and clamp adapters, and bore reducers. Most common on 1JZ and 2JZ builds, and equally at home on RB, SR, 4G63 and Ford Coyote intake setups targeting high horsepower.

Which adapter do I need?
Two things decide it: the bore of your Bosch throttle body and the bolt pattern on your manifold. Bosch uses a square four bolt M6 pattern, 65 x 65 mm on the 68mm, 70 x 70 mm on the 74mm and 75 x 75 mm on the 82mm. Measure center to center if the part number on the housing is worn off.

How do I identify my Bosch throttle body?
68mm is Bosch 0 280 750 156, 74mm is 0 280 750 474 (also sold as 0 280 750 779), and 82mm is 0 280 750 473 (also 0 280 750 101 and 0 280 750 780). All three use the same six pin connector with dual potentiometer redundancy, so the wiring does not change between sizes.

My manifold is not listed. Will another adapter still bolt up?
Often, yes. Bolt patterns overlap between brands, and an adapter cut for one manifold will sometimes fit another. Where a part is listed for your exact manifold, use that one. The outer contour is machined to match the manifold face, so it seals correctly and looks right.

Can I run a smaller throttle body on a manifold cut for the 82mm pattern?
Yes. A bore reducer bolts to the 82mm pattern and accepts a 74mm or 68mm Bosch throttle body, so you can change blade size without changing the manifold.

What are the mounting options?
Three. Manifold adapters for a known aftermarket flange, weld on flanges for custom fabrication (4 inch round, 5 inch round and 5 inch RMR D plenum), and hose or clamp adapters in 2.5, 2.75, 3 and 3.5 inch for silicone hose, Vangen style and Plazmaman joints.

Will a drive by wire throttle body work with my throttle cable?
No. It needs an electronic accelerator pedal or a pedal with integrated position sensors, plus an ECU that supports electronic throttle control. Check the specific ECU model, since throttle control is not standard across every standalone.
