The TTR CNC billet intake manifold replaces the factory intake on Yamaha 1800 / 1.8L engines with a plenum built for boosted watercraft. Internal carbon fiber velocity stacks and a balanced plenum keep airflow even across all four cylinders, and the design was developed and proven on FuelTech's own compound turbo and supercharged race jet ski. It is aimed at high-boost Yamaha PWC builds where cylinder-to-cylinder consistency matters.
- Reversible plenum mounts the throttle body facing front or rear to suit common turbo or supercharger layouts
- Internal carbon fiber velocity stacks
- In FuelTech's EGT-logged testing at roughly 1,450°F, cylinder-to-cylinder EGT spread stayed under 20°F at high boost and RPM
- Runs 4 or 8 injectors; any injector size can be used, sized for the target power level (capable of supporting 1,000+ hp)
- Accepts the stock Yamaha electronic throttle body (SVHO or HO) or a Bosch Motorsports 68mm electronic throttle body
- O-ring sealed at the cylinder head, plenum and throttle body flanges (O-rings provided)
Compatibility
Fits Yamaha 1800 / 1.8L engines. With 4 injectors the manifold works with the OEM fuel rail. For 8 injectors, use a TTR Yamaha 1.8L / 1.9L High Flow Billet Racing Fuel Rail alongside the OEM rail, or two racing rails; drilling is required for 8-injector setups.
