How is the Short Body different from the Pressure Sensor PRO?

The Short Body is a compact stainless sensor, 45.5 mm tall (52.8 mm for 0-30 psi) with a 27 mm hex. Both use a 5V supply, 0.5-4.5V output, 1/8 in NPT thread and the same A/B/C pinout.

Accuracy is plus or minus 1.0% of span, with long-term stability within 0.25% of span per year.

Pin A is ground, pin B is 5V and pin C is signal.

Is it sealed against water?

Yes. The enclosure is rated IP67, or IP65 for electrical code G.

Description

The FuelTech Short Body Pressure Sensor is a compact stainless steel transducer for logging fuel, oil and other pressures where space is tight. It outputs a 0.5-4.5V signal on a 5V supply, responds in under 5 ms and is sealed to IP67, making it a solid general-purpose sensor for FuelTech ECUs and data systems.

All standard non custom made to order items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To request a return purchaser must email us or call to request Instructions on how to proceed with returning an item. Upon receipt of your return you will be issued a return within 3-5 business days. Any custom order items will only have 7 days from the date of purchase/payment to request a cancellation/refund. Beyond that time frame you will be issued a refund up to 30 days from purchase minus a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued in the same form as your payment was made/ If you purchase via PayPal your refund will be via PayPal etc. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of an item as far as shipping/freights go. All items must be return in NEW unused condition. Any damage to the item with be due a 20% minimum restocking fee. Exchanges for product defect or warranty will not incur any restocking charges and shipping charges will be credited as well.
