How many pumps does it support and how should they be wired?

Up to three, with hoses included for three and a 6-pin connector that lets each pump be wired individually. They should be staged — the car should start, idle and cruise on one pump, with the others coming on only as demand requires.

What outlet and return sizes are available?

Configurable output and return in 6, 8 or 10AN, with a 10AN outlet port and a 3-to-1 fuel merge fitting.

Do the dust seals go inside the fuel tank?

No. They are for the outer connector only and are neither fuel safe nor watertight.

Is it E85 compatible?

Yes — ethanol compliant, Type II hard anodized, with PTFE fuel lines.

Does it retain the factory fuel level sensor?

Yes, mounting provisions for the factory sensor are included.

Is the relay harness specific to my car?

No. The same relay harness is used across every ASE pump hanger.

How the pumps should be wired

The 6-pin connector allows each pump to be wired individually so they can be staged. The car should start, idle and cruise on a single pump, with the second and third coming on only as demand requires. Running all three continuously heats the fuel and shortens pump life.

Relay harness

The ASE relay harness is not application specific — the same harness is used across every ASE pump hanger.

Seals

Supplied dust seals are for the outer connector only — not fuel safe, not watertight, and not used inside the tank.

Shipping + Returns

All standard non custom made to order items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. To request a return purchaser must email us or call to request Instructions on how to proceed with returning an item. Upon receipt of your return you will be issued a return within 3-5 business days. Any custom order items will only have 7 days from the date of purchase/payment to request a cancellation/refund. Beyond that time frame you will be issued a refund up to 30 days from purchase minus a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued in the same form as your payment was made/ If you purchase via PayPal your refund will be via PayPal etc. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of an item as far as shipping/freights go. All items must be return in NEW unused condition. Any damage to the item with be due a 20% minimum restocking fee. Exchanges for product defect or warranty will not incur any restocking charges and shipping charges will be credited as well.
